If you like living from one room and eating inches from where you bathe, hotel accommodation is perfect for a lengthy stay. If, however, you prefer the luxury of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining, ensuite and large family bathroom, you may prefer to consider one of our serviced accommodation options. Unsure? Q) Its expensive, the local [insert chain hotel name] offers me a business discount so it’s £40 a night!
A) £2475 sounds expensive for a month’s stay doesn’t it? That’s £81 a night! But if there’s 3 people staying that’s £27.12 a night. The 3 rooms are doubles so potentially there’s room for 6, which works out as £13.56 a night. So if there’s just 2 of you staying, you pay equal to the hotel, except you get a lot more room and home comforts – and privacy! Not that many of you staying? Give us a call, we have reduced occupancy rates.
Q) I like to keep my car safe inside a hotel car park thank you very much!
A) That’s great, me too! This is why we have two dedicated parking spaces, off-road and private, for peace of mind
Q) Yes, but if I’m not at home I enjoy the luxury of not having to do any housework – please don’t take that away from me!
A) Trust me when I say we TOTALLY get this. That’s why each apartment has a dedicated cleaner who will come in and give the house a general clean and launder all bedding and towels. They won’t pick up your dirty socks, but then I doubt the hotel would (or your spouse for that matter)
Q) I’m British, I don’t want to have to make awkward conversations with people I have just met – at least with a hotel I can hide away
A) Alas, we are your typical Brit as well and find social interaction frightening (well except Laura, but she’s Welsh). Seriously, you have your own private garden and all accommodation is entirely self-contained. You can have peace and quiet all you like.
Q) But what about little home comforts like TV, Wi-Fi and the ability to have a glass (or bottle) of wine as I relax?
A) Each house has either freeview or Sky HD TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi! We appreciate the enjoyment of a bottle of Shiraz, so can provide you with the royal sustenance of wine – or you can make use of the local Co-op and we will recycle your empties.
Q) If it sounds too good to be true, it must be, so what’s the catch?
A) No catch, it really is that good.
